I have scheduled the release of orocos_toolchain_ros 0.4.0.3 which fixes a bug
in topic publishing which may cause that a port gets disconnected from a
topic. As usual, it may take a few days until this release pops up in the
official ROS repositories.

Since Ruben and me are on holidays, no more releases are scheduled for the
next two/three weeks. The new release worked out fine here so we don't expect
that this release would break anything.
