Fresh from the BRICS research camp 5 in Malaga comes rfsm-commander,
an ncurses based tool to introspect, track and inject events in
running rFSM instances. See attached screenshot.

Requires top-of-git rFSM-dev branch to get the latest rfsm-proto
module.
