Using XML substitution to manage complex deployments

For those who want to parameterize the XML deployment files, I have written a wiki page outlining one approach using the XML ENTITY elements.

Also, seeing we have so few examples, I think we should place them all on the same parent wiki page, and separate the simple from experienced users simply via a heading, instead of separate pages. Thoughts?

I agree, it's hard to get an overview of what is in simple vs advanced.

Please tag your wiki pages with the RTT versions it applies to (top of
the page during an 'Edit')

Ack, fixed. I consolidated all v1 examples onto the one page. It is still in the RTT wiki
