Old page back online

This web site was down for a couple of months because of an incompatible upgrade of the server. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We got a number of requests for old documentation, which was not available at the temporary page So now that the problem has been finally solved, we decided to bring the old page back online until the new site is ready and has all of the relevant content of this page and especially the Wiki.
