I know this is unfinished business, but this minimal patch at least
prevents executing a command after reset. If the command is called a second
time (after reset), it will be executed only once (although it will have been
twice in the queue).
This patch does not remove the command from the queue,
it needs to be removed by the CommandProcessor itself.
