Most probably not... But I am _very_ sensitive to this aspect of software,
and will keep pushing people to think about it, and improve things. (It's
my role in the BRICS projects, by the way: I am responsible for what we
call the "Harmonization" work package, which goes even further than
interoperability, for example also including documentation, decoupling and
API design guidelines. But more about that later :-))

Anyway, my continuous focus points are:
- infrastructure: which is about providing _mechanisms_ that are useful in
as many use case applications as possible (each of the latter must be
able to configure and/or add appropriate _policies_.
- I believe (but cannot prove) that this focus on policy-independent
infrastructure makes reaching interoperability much easier.

Got missed off the list.
