I just got informed that the OCL doxygen API pages are unavailable (i.e. anything below

AFAIK, the contents are generated via a cron script in Peter's home directory. I guess it has something to do with the transfer from ~psoetens to ~orocos.
I also noticed that the css files from the RTT docs are unavailable too. I'll have a look and see if I can fix things.
