It had come to my attention that there were some errors in the examples of the
tutorial. Some people even thought that I *must* have uploaded the wrong
version. This is completely true, of course. As a developer of real-time
control software, I'd never release untested (3 segfaults) or uncompilable
software (5 out of 7), even if it was 'just a tutorial'. The only reasonable
explanation of this buggy tutorial can only be that I had prior to releasing
set my git working copy to HEAD~3.
