Error: Failed to configure component FRIServer: state is 1

Hi everyone,
The robot is connected and FRI in Monitor mode. While
starting the deployer i encounter these errors

Error: Binding of port failed with errno 98
Error: Failed to configure component FRIServer: state is 1

What could be the causes for these two errors?

It happened to me when I started by mistake two orocos session I.e. trying to open two times the udp port
Could be that the udp port (of your pc) is already connected to another program?
