We're hoping to use ROS MoveIt! (which is not available in ROS Fuerte). And the ROS Hydro Alpha release was announced this morning.
This all leads me to ask: Is Orocos expected to support the catkin build system? If so, will catkin support be slated for Groovy or Hydro?
By the way, I attempted searching for "catkin" on orocos.org<http://orocos.org> and I get a 500 error: http://www.orocos.org/search/node/catkin

We will evolve towards 'catkin compatibility' too, which will
hopefully have matured in Hydro sufficiently. I know of people using
Catkin + Groovy + Orocos, but it's still a bit experimental... meaning
I'm not testing that myself :-)
