Second call for Google summer of code ideas.

Hi everyone,

We're really close now to the project application period for the Google Soc
(March 9th).

If you'd like to know more about this programming event, see our main GSoc
wiki page at : http://www.orocos.org/wiki/orocos/gsoc

There has been done some nice work on the Orocos wiki pages for RTT,BFL and
OCL. If you'd like to add, modify or extend ideas, anyone with an Orocos.org
account can edit the wiki pages. Especially some ideas for KDL would be
welcome. Every idea needs one or more mentors, so if you feel you can assist a
student, feel free to add yourself. Mentors are advisory only, they are not
expected to produce code, or be the 24h/24h hotline for an idea during their
mentorship. They act as a filter between student and project.

For a nice introduction to how things are supposed to work, look at this movie
here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBRRR0BQyz0
