You don't need to use 'attach image'. You can use the image assist
icon right underneath your message body. It will open a popup window
and guide you through adding an image in the text. The only thing you
need to be careful about is that you select 'image tag' and that the
tag will be inserted at your current cursor position. I did an example
on the wiki with your figure. You can add any number of figures in any
format you wish. I tweaked the permissions a bit, let us know if you
have any more problems...
