Hi,

Since some time already the oneshot/snapshot mode of the reporter was broken,
in this mode a coordinator could tell the reporter at what time instant a
report should be made.

Attached is a patch that restores this behavior without breaking any other
existing behavior. It installs a new property to the reporter interface to
enable the mode.
