add ComponentLoader.hpp to installed headers

I am using the ComponentLoader class in my own small executable for deployment
instead of the Orocos deployer, to make use of command line options.

The ComponentLoader.hpp header file is currently not installed in binary
releases. The attached patch adds the header file to the list of installed
headers in deployment/CMakeLists.txt to make it available to external
packages/code. I would appreciate if it could be included in future releases.
