Lua : detect and use termcap if curses not found
This is the same patch that 4682c536895ea3456eb53563ffcab7303910fc2c commit,
applied to the lua CMakeLists.txt.
It allow to compile with termcap instead of ncurses (can be usefull on systems
that don't need the whole ncurses implementation).
