The RTT manifest lists omniorb as a dependecy, regardless whether you have
enabled CORBA or not at configuration time.

During configuration, Autoproj ask whether you want RTT to be compiled with
CORBA support or not, and let you choose between 'none', 'omniorb' or 'tao'.

But it then installs Omniorb, as it is listed in RTT manifest, whatever you
answered to the previous question.

The Omniorb dependency should not be listed in the manifest but in the CORBA
configuration option logic.
