Making a ROS transport package out of rtt_rosnode

Hello all

As you may have noticed, I am in the process of properly integrating a
ROS transport into oroGen ...

In the process, I had to extract a "generic" library part out of
rtt_rosnode. I thought I could put that in the orocos_communication
project along with the YARP transport.

It is currently here, and its build system is fuerte-only

(I will, of course, retain history once I know where the package will
end up ...). Thoughts ?
