Hi,
Recently I started using the netcdf reporter, I noticed that it was once
disable due to it not compiling, this seems not to be the case anymore.
Therefor I enabled it again by default, added a system dependency on netcdf
in OCL's manifest. The attached patch for autoproj provides an entry for
the netcdf packages for ubuntu and debian.
I'm sending the patch since I don't know whether to push it to autoproj
master or somewhere else.
Ruben

You should find a way to make this dependency optional: I think most of the
people using OCL don't use netcdf, and then do not need it!

You should have pushed both commits (the one for autoproj and the one
adding netcdf to the the OCL deps) at the same time, since now it breaks
compiling OCL master branch for autoproj users!
