[Rock-dev] The Rock clones of orocos-toolchain packages are gone

To clarify "gone"

They are still on gitorious, and will be kept there for a little while
(i.e. until we are sure they don't contain anything useful)

The Rock clones of orocos-toolchain packages are gone

Having two clones has always been a pain, both for us (rock developers)
and them (since they get big chunks of code every once in a while). So,
as agreed with the orocos developers,
- the next and stable on the orocos-toolchain packages are now Rock's,
i.e. are the state of Rock's next and stable flavors
- the master branch is common

I changed rock.toolchain to follow this policy and synchronized (today,
at 17:00).
