Typelib with GCC4.8

Hi,

we currently have a problem with typelib in GCC 4.8, related to the inttypes.

There has been a merge request a few days ago by Matthias solving the issue:
https://gitorious.org/orocos-toolchain/typelib/merge_requests/1

I would like our build server to work again for debian testing :)

I am not sure if Sylvain is around at the moment. Let me know if you have any
objections to the patch.
