On the orocos webpage, each sub-project has its own link to "submit a bug". To
submit a bug you click on this link, but then you still have to select "new",
and then again select the correct orocos sub-project. Should the "submit a bug"
not point straight to the correct page?

I think it is indeed better that it goes straight to the right subproject. I
think this was already the case for the BFL subproject before the bugzilla
changed.

This topic should be discussed on "Website
Talk". I just changed the links to redirect first to the 'Search' page as I
would expect 'you' to search first for the bug before you report it. Bugzilla
systems like KDE's even force this.
Even more, for users not being registered as a Bugzilla user, the 'submit bug'
link shows up the registration form, which is not very informative.

I hope orocos will not follow the the kde project, with its 13000+ open
bugreports :-) Do we need to force orocos user to first search for bugs
before submitting a bug? The submission page also has a search field on the
bottom, so the user still have the option to search bugs. If we still want to
force this, we could rename the "submit a bug" link to "search and submit
bugs".

The bugzilla has a "website and documentation" section. I can't use this one?
Maybe we should have a broader discussion about the relation between the
mailinglists, the forums and bugzilla:
Mailinglists:
- orocos and orocos-dev are used for general orocos mails, rtt, kdl and ocl
- bfl and bfl-dev are used for bfl only
Forums:
- rtt-dev is mirrored to orocos-dev (so, as explained above, general orocos
mails, rtt, kdl and ocl are all sent to the rtt-dev forum)
- bfl-dev is mirrored to bfl-dev
Bugzilla:
- rtt to orocos-dev mailinglist and rtt-dev forum
- kdl to orocos-dev mailinglist and rtt-dev forum
- ocl to orocos-dev mailinglist and rtt-dev forum
- bfl to bfl-dev mailinglist and bfl-dev forum
Should we make a specific mailinglist/forum for each of the orocos projects,
and one general mailinglist/forum for things concerning the whole orocos
project? Then we would have a nice mapping between the mailinglist - forum -
bugzilla. The forums are a good idea if they are always mirrored to the
mailinglists. So for the website related forum, we should make a website
related mailinglist. It is confusing for the users to go to a forum for one
thing, and use a mailinglist for something else.
