When i try to compile the Comedi support in ocl i get the following compiling
error:

/src/ocl/hardware/comedi/dev/ComediEncoder.cpp:75: error: ‘GPCT_X4’
was not declared in this scope
/src/ocl/hardware/comedi/dev/ComediEncoder.cpp:76: error:
‘GPCT_IndexPhaseHighHigh’ was not declared in this scope

Should these variables be declared in an ocl-related headerfile or in a
comedi-header file?

Apply on comedi 0.7.73 to work with recent Linux kernels

PCMCIA must be disabled as well with recent kernels !

cd comedi-0.7.73
patch -p1 < comedi-0.7.73-patch-iasp1-ps1.patch
./configure --disable-pcmcia [other options....]
make
make install
