There is some code in fosi.h which duplicates Xenomai header code in order to
support compiling Orocos applications without requiring Xenomai headers. This
approach is largely outdated (and dangerous) since the introduction of
orocos-rtt.pc files and the fact that Xenomai is now a pure userspace library,
hence including its headers in userspace apps is not a problem at all.
