If you arm the Timer class, the timer expires, and you rearm the same timer
slot in the Timer::timeout() function, it will not expire.

This is a rtt-1.4 fix as this class is not present in older versions.
$ svn ci src/Timer.cpp -m"Fix bug #450: Fix re-arming of expired timer in
Timer::timeout()"
