My mistake was that I forgot to create an activity for the reporter.
Now I created a nonPeriodic activity and used the following code in my peer
TaskContext:
snapshotReporting =
this->getPeer("Reporting")->methods()->getMethod("snapshot");

and
snapshotReporting();
