unknown symbol in header

The overview header looks very ugly (firefox browser). It seems that the seperator is an unknown symbol.
The header of the current page looks like Home Â? Create content.

Moreover, the general header has some more issues. The thin grey line just goes accross the overview header (e.g. Home Â? Create content).
