When using a CORBA proxy to a remote component, the Service::hasOperation
method returns false even if the operation exists, e.g.:
proxy->provides("math")->hasOperation("add") // returns false
However, the following workaround is corrrect:
proxy->provides("math")->getOperation("add") // returns true
