This is wrong. You need to 'source' env.sh, *not* 'sh' it :

source ./env.sh

or

. ./env.sh

then run autoproj.

I also tried to install orocos-toolchain, but with the boostrap script and

autoproj is able to handle the installation of operating system packages
himself. This functionality will use 'sudo' to gain root access each
